Summary

Janice Lufkin and the Archer family were in court for the emancipation petition, which Judge Dieball granted.

Bill Abernathy and the Drug Task Force cops were seen breaking into the Archer house by Eleanor Casitas who called 911 to report it. When there was no response from the city police department Mary Tingley, the dispatcher on duty, passed it to Sheriff Steve Stoneslinger. Luke Colby, junior reporter on the Record-Herald, heard the call and went to the location. The Sheriff and his deputies caught all three leaving the basement.
