Summary
Garth Matson and Herman Luce enjoyed burgers for lunch while they waited for the scouts to get to the beach. They told the scouts that Bob had polio and took them to the hospital for the doctor to examine them. Waiting outside the hospital Dale talked to Garth about staying around for a while. Garth suggested they camp on the front yard of his home on Point Drive
Even flying higher the turbulence still upset Penny Luce so Phil had her take the controls for a while. The turbulence was bad when they descended to land and Penny was very glad to be back on the ground. After putting the plane away Phil drove her back to town.
Heidi Toivo was getting desperate and thinking about walking to her neighbor's when Hekki returned. They got the family into the pickup to take Betsy to the doctor.
