Summary
Bob Rathburn was still a little warm and complained of an aching back but put it down to sleeping on an air matress. The scouts started their trip down the Spearfish River towards Warsaw, where they took a lunch break before continuing to the Pinewood Campground for the night. After dinner Jim Blanchard spoke to Bob Rathburn and learned he was getting worse not better. Jim decided to get him to a doctor in Spearfish Lake tomorrow.
Drs. Brege and Luce talked about getting Herman Luce set up in Dr. Halford's practice. Dr. Brege recommended Herman speak to Tom Rufner at Northwoods Realty to find somewhere to live.
Hekki Toivo came home to find his sons outside kicking a ball around but his daughter Betsy lying on the couch complaining that her head hurt. Hekki and Heidi thought about heating the sauna but decided tha day was too hot for that. They hoped Betsy would be better tomorrow.
