Summary

Cordy explained that Ike had broken into Rag Doll but hadn't found anything to steal and hadn't caused any damage. He was back in prison because he broke his work release, but due to be released in about three weeks. Cordy said she wouldn't continue working for her father if Ike was around. Ron and Zack had found a small marina she could use if she needed when she left Sims Boat Yard, and where she could leave the boat over the summer.

Ron revealed that he and Cordy would be moving from Jacksonville in February, to Sitka, Alaska. Cordy was still keeping that quiet from her parents.

Cordy was going to be busy and not able to help much but Zack had the day after next off and had booked a week's leave to help Amanda as much as he could.

Over breakfast at Earlene’s Kitchen Amanda and Cordy talked more. Cordy said she wanted to leave the boat yard work in as good a state as she could when she left. They talked about the problem of being a Coast Guard wife, Cordy recognised that it would be harder for Amanda to leave the family business than it was for her.

Work on the Rag Doll progressed and she was put back into the water after her anti-fouling paint had been applied. Amanda unloaded her car into the boat starting to make it livable.

Zack wanted to stay away from the Coast Guard station to avoid being called on. He wasn't pushing to get into Amanda's bed, and said that if it happened it had to be on her terms.

They got the Rag Doll to the stage they could take her out sailing so agreed the next day would be sailing not working.
