Summary

Phil Gravengood's flight from Kansas City to Cedar Rapids was bumpy with thunderstorms around. It was dark by the time he got to Camden airport to hand over some gamma globulin units for the General hospital there. He was told to go on to Spearfish Lake, where he found the runway lit for him by highway flare pots. He topped off the fuel and was then on his way to Marquetter to deliver gamma globulin units to St. Marks Hospital.

Herman and Penny Luce discussed coping and rehabilitation for their patients. They decided to get Donna Clark to organise volunteers.

The work on the respirator was stopped for the night becuase they realised they were making stupid mistakes from being tired.
