Summary
On the way to work on the railroad, Danny spots that the old Record-Herald site is up for sale again, and rushes to Jennifer & Blake's house to get them to put a 30 day option to purchase on it. This will buy the group some time to finalize some plans and make some decisions.
The following morning they all meet at Jennifer & Blake's for breakfast to discuss what they want to do. Jennifer & Blake want to move their recording studio out of their basement, but they need to know what Danny is planning on doing, as it will commit him to the area for several years. Danny replies that he has no plans to leave Spearfish Lake.
