Jeremy Walworth is the first born child of Jennifer and Blake Walworth. He was born in either late January or early February 2001 and delivered at home by Dr. Metarie in Spearfish Lake. He was breast fed.
Jeremy was left one day with his maternal grandmother in July 2001 while his parents went surfing on Lake Superior.
