Summary

Kayla was disappointed that Emily was talking of working a the Spee-D-Mart until it closed then drawing unemployment over the summer, because her mum being home would cut down her opportunities to be nude.

Kevin and Emily were watching the Daytona 500 show when it was interrupted by news of a hijacked airliner. As that story unfolded they learned that Emily's classmate Jennlynn Swift was bringing the airliner in to land safely.

The following Monday morning Emily got a call that Lloyd Weber, the owner and editor of the Bradford Courier, had had a heart attack and was in hospital. Hazel Perkins, the accountant, wanted Emily to help get the week's issue out. Emily asked Dave Patterson to use his editting skille to help put the paper together.
