Sharon Van Tyle was widow of George Van Tyle and the owner of the Bradford Spee-D-Mart. George had started several in the area and his widow Sharon continued to managed them for years afterwards.HS10
In January 2002, the manager of the store, Emily Holst discovered the adjacent grocery store wanted to expand and purchased the convenience store from Sharon to allow for enlarged parking.
