Summary
Four couples take a respite from winter blahs in the Tyler's hot tub. Emily agreed a little too quickly before remembering the custom was to soak naked, but she did not attempt to back out. Jason teased Emily and Vicky for backtracking from the habits of his generation, which reminded everyone just how much older he is.
Conversation moved on to vacation plans and Jason's possible retirement, before Emily told the follow up story to her election as Mayor. The City Manager displayed poor political skill and his contract was not renewed. As the search for his replacement went on, Emily proposed leaving the interim manager in place and it was accepted.
Amber asked Vicky about marriage plans, which she tried to downplay. Jason explained, "There's no rush".
