  • LouAnn, the on-duty Floor Manager at the Redlite

Summary

Flying to the Redlite for a well earned break, Jennlynn ruminates on current Lambdatron business.

While things were very bad on Project Butterfly, the system tests having all failed, each with a different spectacular bang, Jon and Tanisha had done an outstanding job on the new design for the Hadley-Monroe controller to replace the now-antiquated version that Jon's father had originally designed.

Once at the Redlite, we see Jennlynn attempt to "walk" a drunken customer, but he's willing to drop $2000. He's easy to get to expand on how he made his recent bonus, by fixing a DEA auction for a DEA-siezed Learjet.

Jennlynn realizes it's possible that if his story is true that she could bid and win the Lear for less than a fifth of what it is actually worth.

The next morning, Jennlynn decides to take a chance and flys to Houston, hoping to bid on the Learjet. As she considers matters, she realizes even if this deal falls through, maybe a business jet is what Skyhook Aviation needs.
