Summary
Dean is the one to finally ask about Sonja's coloration, resulting in the Draft Dodger story getting retold.
Scott and Sonja drive back to the Tyler's home, talking about Scoot's High School reputation and Vicky's disappointment. Scott thinks Andy and Diane's snuggling might have been a similar act to suggest more than was there. Sonja declares that she wasn't acting. Scott agrees, "We’re boyfriend and girlfriend, and not just trying to look like it."
Scott has to work Saturday morning. He was just finishing up when the dock supervisor tells him that " they’re laying off half the summer interns, and you’re one of them". Scott hides his happiness. It means he can spend more time with Sonja.
