Summary
Donna Clark attempted to use Barbara and Frank to get back at Garth Matson. Her lawyer advised her against challenging the custody arrangements. She kept asking other lawyers until one agreed to take it on, resulting in no change but a big bill for Donna.
She sought political influence by standing for the city council and the school board, unsuccessfully in both cases.
