Summary
Dave visits Dunlap and Fyre and is surprised when the president, Rob, talks about a possible reshuffling of duties, including potential changes or a promotion for Dave. Dave's answer is indeterminate, since much depends on the fate of Avalon and Shae's work.
Dave and Shae visit Julie's parents in Hartford to talk about their planned marriage. Dave's been dreading the conversation, but against all expectations the Albrights are pleasant and understanding. In fact, while they would have preferred a longer time before Dave's remarriage, they are happy that their grandsons will have a mother, and they actually think Bradford is a better place to raise kids then New York. They want to come to Shae's and Dave's wedding.
It appears that a lot of their calmness is through the work that Eve has done with them, without letting Shae or Dave know. Dave is flabbergasted by her help to them; but Shae notes that Eve wasn't doing it to simplify Dave and Shae's life: she saw the Albrights in pain, and being Eve she had to help them.
