Summary
After cleaning the snow from the drives of family and friends, Randy is driving the Bobcat back to Clark Construction. He interrupts his return to clear the drive of an elderly lady, happy to have been helpful. As expected, Bob has already taken the grader to the plywood plant to clear the parking lot, so Randy hands the Bobcat over to Jerry and returns home.
Randy returns home to find Nicole off to school, Preach making breakfast and Crystal in the shower. Talk centers on their changes and their differences. Randy is shocked to discover awkward silences where once he and Crystal were so close. He makes plans to join them and the Hartwells for lunch before he heads to his office.
Back at Clark Construction, Randy chats with Carlos as they compare plans for a quiet day. Randy reflects on how much authority Brent has passed onto his shoulders.
