Summary

From overhead Ryan radioed an alert of a patch of fire outside the fire line.

Tom Downing from DNR spoke to the sheriff at the County Road 919 turn off and called the office from there because there was no cell signal nearer the fire. Andy Petree told him the fire at Hansen Lake was worse and there was nothing to send to Spearfish County.

Jackie noticed an approaching line of storm clouds so radioed the Flight Service Station in Camden for details. She learned that it was no more than an hour away.

Ryan alerted Clint to the approaching storm.

Randy completed the fire line and Clint asked him widen to the southwest part.
