Summary
They talk about the logistics of putting on a one time event versus weekly shows. Samantha says she was thinking every weekend.
They get onto revenue sources and expense areas and Brett puts responsibility for researching he non-theatrical areas squarely on the Ammermans.
When discussing the theatrical costs Brett mentions a play called Same Time Next Year which he has performed several times with a friend as an example: minimal set using cheap furniture, only two actors and low royalty fees. In contrast he says that even the royalties for Phantom of the Opera would be an arm and a leg before they think about a large cast and complex staging.
Brett examines their banquet facility and concludes it is feasible to house plays there, though a stage and lighting would be needed. He gets a quick tour of the rest of the winery.
