Summary
Amanda and Zack continued sailing in the Bahamas and Zack was getting tight for time to be returning to the Coast Guard while they were at Freeport on Grand Bahama waiting for good weather for the crossing back to Florida. They decided Zack would have to fly back and Amanda could afford to wait another week or so for the crossing.
They talked about their feelings, that they wanted to be together but neither was ready to give up their current situation. Zack's enlistment ended in June and if he re-enlisted he was unlikely to be in Florida next winter. Realising there was much they didn't know Amanda encouraged Zack to speak to Chief Barnes, and to make the right decision for him, not just to be with her.
