Summary
During the lunch stop at Phantom Ranch, Duane phoned the office and Al told him about plans for a crew swap next trip. He passed the news on to Michelle, she was not happy but said she expected it.
That afternoon the favored campsites are taken and they had to camp above Granite Rapids and have another tough one first thing the next day. Brett and Terry, with Erika along, led a hike up Monument Creek.
Next morning Michelle's stomach was a little rocky again, but she said it couldn't be anything to worry about. Michelle was the second raft to run Granite, following Barbie, and Duane took sweep. When he cleared the rapids he noticed Michelle was throwing up again.
