Summary
Dayna slowly recovers from her illness, but is depressed. She spends time thinking how to restart her career, but without Sandy. Watching Emily at the Spee-D-Mart convinces Dayna that she must try making it as a solo artist and starts planning to adapt her act to one person.
Her parents are reluctant to see Dayna travel completely by herself, and Dayna shares those fears. Tim volunteers to help Dayna modify her show and be with her on her first stage back. Emily sees how important this is for Dayna and arranges for herself and other classmates to assist at subsequent shows.
