Summary
Jon and Tanisha work late, but have houses to visit that evening. Reporters are waiting at the parking lot exit gate and one woman trespasses onto the Lambdatron property to ask her questions, but is promptly intercepted and taken away by company security.
It's a large group to check out the two houses, although Crystal, Nanci and Preach immediately leave to go shopping for baby items. Jeff and Al do most of the detailed inspection while Karin, Tanisha and Joy talk to the real estate agent.
Jon and Tanisha agree to follow Joy's instincts and make a low offer with the expectation of a haggle, especially with the offers made on two adjacent houses, and each offer being contingent on the other offer being accepted.
