Summary
Stas alerted Jack and Vixen to a problem while they were driving in the pine barrens looking for an eagle's nest. When they got to the top of a low hill they saw a fire, but Vixen had no cell phone signal. They used the North Country Trail as a shortcut to the top off urtle Hill to get a signal and call 911 to report the fire.
While the dispatcher had Jack wait, Vixen got their best binoculars out to have a look at the Commons and West Turtle Lake Club.
