Summary
Mary Lou Walton chatted with Judge Dieball while they looked over the weekend arrest logs.
Brandy Wine started as Principal by giving Crystal Elsasser the news she had a job teaching high school Math. When Jerome Weilfahrt indicated that he wouldn't take any action against the football players arrested over the weekend she fired him. She was happier Amy Lowenthal she had a job teaching high school English instead of being laid off.
Shelly Battle was first in front of Judge Dieball. She pleaded not guilty as her dad had told her to, and was given a trial date of Tuesday October 12 and advised to have a lawyer. Johnathan Bergstrom was next up and pleaded guilty. After sentencing him the judge spoke to all in court.
