Summary
Jack was driving up the old rail grade to a birding spot when he came across Alan Jahnke, battered tired and cold. He took Alan home and told the duty cop what he knew.
Tom Jahnke took Jack to the Spearfish Lake Café for breakfast and to talk more about the situation at school. He asked Jack to support Alan from time to time.
