Summary
Susan starts her adjustment after sleeping in late, beginning with thoughts of updating her bedroom. She enters the family kitchen without clothes. Her family is comfortable with nudity and are still members at the West Turtle Lake Club, a local nudist resort, but her pseudo-Sister-in-law is scandalized. Susan teases Cindy, but her mother keeps the peace while making it clear the nudity is acceptable.
While Susan eats a late breakfast, discussion moves from Cindy and Henry's life in Springfield to Susan's plans for what comes next. She expects things will be dull in Spearfish Lake after her adventures abroad. Susan reminises about learning German from her grandmother and how that led to her year in Germany. She concludes she'll need to start planning her next steps.
