Summary
Amanda spent the morning adding to her list of things which needed doing. Lunchtime she went grocery shopping and spent the afternoon cleaning the bilges.
Cordy came round while Amanda was taking a hosepipe shower in the cockpit of Rag Doll and they chatted a while. Amanda was feeling a little lonely but resisted the urge to call home.
Some time after she'd bedded down for the night she heard a small splash followed by a larger one and bumping against the hull with animal cries. She found a kitten trying to climb the hull with an alligator watching nearby. She rescued the kitten and brought it into the cabin where she dried it and gave it a small meal of tuna. During the night the kitten cuddled up to Amanda, reducing her feeling of loneliness.
