Parker's Pizza was a business in Spearfish Lake in the summer of 2010. Laurel Haeussler was known to fill in as a delivery girl.^BITH15

The town of Spearfish Lake had hosted pizza restaurants before, such as the Villa Romano Pizza building on Lakeshore that later housed the Marlin Computer store^SU7 and after that the Spearfish Lake Record-Herald.^SQ13 It isn't clear if this might have been the pizza place next to the bowling alley that Josh Archer and Danny Evachevski once visited.^BAR7104

Gil Evachevski's birth mother was named Bernice Parker, probably no relation, but that is the only Parker family mentioned in the other Spearfish Lake stories.^SQ43

It is possibly a fellow authors tip-of-the-hat reference to Parker's Perfect Pizza in the online story The Millionaire Next Door by Lazlo Zalezac.
