Summary
Emily Holst drove back to Bradford on her own, leaving JoAnne Patterson with her family.
She used the time to think about various things in Bradford: Kevin's job at Macy Controls ending and him working full time making knoves, JJ and Kayla's progress at school, the benefit concert suggested by Kayla.
Emily called Dayna and learned she and Sandy were heading back to Bradford as well and would finalise arrangements for the benefit when there.
JoAnne called to let Emily know that Dave and Shae would be driving to Bradford for the benefit, returning to New York the day after. She also related Dave's reaction when he went to his appartment to pick up some things.PUTP8
Emily invited Dave and Shae to breakfast at the Chicago Inn and included Dayna. The discussion included the possibility that Dave would move to Bradford for about a year. He'd be able to continue his job but would damage his career if he was out of the office much longer than that.
