Debby Jeppsen is introduced in the book Winchester Harbor (Book One of the Full Sails Series) as the short order cook at the Channel Stop - a combination marina / snack bar / boat dock / refueling location / motel at Winchester Harbor.

When we first meet her she is "hung up" on John Hufnagel and is waiting for him to "come to his senses" and dump his current girlfriend Karen. In the meantime she has other things to do.

First described as a short, chubby redhead and later as short, maybe not much over five feet, and had a big butt that was barely covered with short cutoffs, considerably shorter than the apron she was wearing. Boy, I thought, let her get married and have a couple kids and she’s going to have an ass the size of Arkansas, and probably weigh three hundred pounds.^WH1 ...much of the extra weight was actually a pretty spectacular chest, not a big belly. She was a lot smaller in the waist than I’d figured, but the apron had hidden a pair of boobs that seemed almost disproportionately large, even on her heavy frame.^WH2
