The Boreal String Band started as friends of Jennifer Evachevski and turned into her backup band for her video special Saturday Night with Jenny Easton. Jenny Easton now uses the band on albums for her new musical style.
Members of the band include:
Myleigh Harris - Celtic Harp
Randy Clark - Bass Guitar
Blake Walworth - Keyboard & Lead Guitar
Bob Watson - Rhythm Guitar
Shovelhead - Violin & Rhythm Guitar
They added the band teacher at the high school for percussion on some of the cuts of Back Porch... (Randy Clark discussing the band with Trey Hartwell in Blue Beauty chapter 11... and the band teacher's name is never mentioned)
