Summary
Frenchy called Matt Effingham to come help him. They took one wheel off Frenchy's car over to the Fiesta Station to pump it up but found a big hole in it. They discussed who might have done it, and guessed at Rusty Frankovich.
Heather Callahan witnessed Frenchy's screaming fit, left the Fiesta Station without him seeing her and drove off to look at Frenchy's car. She took a photo on her cellphone and posted it to the Spearfish Lake Message Board. After a while she phoned Ashley Keilhorn telling her to look at the message board.
After Vixen had given Jack a flash of her boobs they got back to bird watching, and she beat him to an identification.
