454 Railroad in the town of Spearfish Lake was the Lufkin House.^SK2 It was the home of Jack Lufkin and his family and the site of abuse and rape by Jack and his son Bobby of his daughter Janice. Cody Archer rescued Janice and killed Jack and Bobby.^SK1 The subsequent investigation discovered a meth lab in the basement.^SK2

Janice never returned to the house. Shay Archer cleaned out the house in preparation for its sale.

It was never fixed up and Monica Laughton bought it cheap with her then boyfrined Lonnie Iffland.^OC13 Lonnie later torched it enabling Monica to get a better house with the insurance money and sell the empty plot to the neighbor who wanted to build a garage there.^OC25
