Vivian Kralick was a college graduate who wanted to be a business executive, not a teacher or homemaker. She was the daughter of Herb Kralick who eventually took her into the Ford dealership to stop her going to the rival Chevy dealership.

Vivian ran the office of the Midwest Midget Sportsman Association (MMSA). According to Hoss she’s the real boss of the organization. She collected mail for the crew and sent it on to them periodically.

In Mel Austin's opinion when he first met Vivian she was downright gorgeous, in a classy sense. She sort of put me in mind of a young Katharine Hepburn without the accent and with dark hair. ^BR1-12

The annual trip to Daytona Beach for the race was partly so Vivian and Frank Blixter could get time together away from her parents.^BR1-15

Each winter Vivian arranged a house or appartment for the MMSA drivers who were staying in Livonia as well as arranging a warehouse for the cars to be worked on.

At the end of the 1954 racing season Vivian announced she was pregnant so she and Frank married.^BR2-15

Vivian was one of the MMSA crew who turned out to help Mal Austin clean up the Bradford Speedway when he bought it.^BR2-23 She sang The Star Spangled Banner at the first race meeting.^BR2-24
