At the party after the golf match Mike McMahon met Helga Matson.
He stopped at the Record-Herald office to drop off the camera and retrieve the story he'd written so he could re-write it. Kirsten went to the bathroom, both were suffering with gas from the chili. Kirsten asked to stay the night with him so she didn't take the gas home.
