Summary
Once Teresa was in a room John took Sally to a restaurant instead of the hospital cafeteria. John talked about his marriage with Mandy Paxton, his business, and his other failed marriages. He couldn't get much out of Sally.
After a while with Teresa John persuaded Sally to go home with him so she wouldn't be trying to sleep on a chair in the hospital. Sally accepted John's suggestion of time in the hot tub and didn't care about being nude, admitting that she'd been a stripper and was heading to Atlanta for another stripper job. As they relaxed he talked more about his life and she expressed her appreciation of his help.
