Summary
Mrs. Foxbender knew Frenchy when he asked to see the principal. Mrs. Wine told him he couldn't graduate that year, and wouldn't be able to play football if he returned next year because he'd be too old. She suggested he work for a GED at the Community Improvement Agency instead.
From the school Frenchy decided to go to the probation office in the courthouse.
