Summary
Nanci had accepted an appointment to Tyler and Conestoga Methodist Churche in Colorado the previous evening.
She was sitting in a truck stop when Harold Lackamp phoned from Kigali in Rwanda. She spun out the tale of Sarah's marriage, her becoming an independent minister and continuing to work for Canyon Tours.
Harold Lackamp has trouble believing they are talking about his daughter.
When Harold asked “What do you suggest we do to get back in her good graces?” Nanci responded "It may be that you have to come back to the country and walk into her church unannounced to get to talk to her without her making a scene.”
