Summary
When Sarah and Nanci arrive at teh parsonage Harold Lackamp is excired to report that it looks as though they may be able to go to Rwanda to investigate re-starting their mission there. When they ask Sarah whether she'd go with them if they could return long term she surprised Nanci by firmly rejecting the idea.
Sarah's parents then suggest she should think about finding a husband and suggest Reverend Abraham Bowman. Sarah also rejects the idea of Abraham Bowman as a husband.
Once conversation moved on from those two subjects Wednesday evening passes pleasantly for all.
Thanksgiving morning Nanci helps Martha Lackamp in the kitchen and she again suggests Abe Bowman would make a good husband for Sarah. When Nanci suggests that Sarah might dig her heels in to fight the idea martha says “I actually wish she would fight us on it. It would mean that she’s starting to take charge of her own life a little bit.”
