Summary
Jennifer, George and Shirley are still discussing the ownership of the Redlite Ranch when the emergency alarm goes off. They learn that Lynette's client had collapsed. George starts CPR. Peppermint Patty brings in the home automatic emergency defibrillator and uses it to get the client stabilised. An air ambulance is called and eventually takes the client off to hospital.
That event highlighted what George was concerned about and Jennifer agreed for him to get started on the paperwork to sell her some shares. Shirley took Jennifer to her office and told her that her shares would eventually pass to Will.
George nearly gave the shares to Jennifer because his concern was for the Redlite Ranch, not the money.
