Summary
Adam found his pickup truck was underpowered and very thirsty when towing the Knick-Knack from Winchester Harbor to Frenchtown Harbor. He had to let a high school kid reverse the trailer on the ramp after he'd struggled with it.
While settling the Knick-Knack into her slip Adam was surprised when Beverly announced her presence. They talked while sharing a couple of beers and agreed they'd like to try sailing together sometime.
Work at Caldwell-Deerfield included developing management restructuring plans with Bob and Fred, even though it would be a couple of months before they could make any changes.
After a successful day single-handed sailing, Adam decided to try an overnight Memorial Day weekend. He called Carolyn Lewis to share his triumph and arranged another day sailing with her. At the end of that day Carolyn said she'd be interested in an overnighter some time.
