Summary
Tanisha receives a threatening letter from her brother in which she learns her father died the previous Christmas time.
Her brother announces in the letter that he plans to bring her home after graduation so she and Jon take action - they set up new mailing addresses with the college registrars and alumni office, skip their graduation and make a quick getaway to Phoenix.
They stop off in Las Vegas to get married.
They decide to rent a two bedroom townhouse instead of going back to their previous small apartment.
