Summary
John Engler's day was filled with frustrations. Stuck in a traffic jam for an hour, waiting almost as long for a salesman to call him back to say his decision wasn't needed after all, waiting for Sally to get back to Teresa's room in the hospital, a jobsworth at the police impound lot, the cost of towing Sally's car and his computer not starting up when he did manage to get to the office so he couldn't get on with the work that was waiting for him.
