Summary
January 9 7:37 AM to 12:22 AM.
Diane takes the rotary plow up towards the relief train, but when she is in contact with them she leaves the plow for a while, whilst she goes up an helps pull them out of the snow drift, they then go back and get the plow. When Steve Cziller realises that she is alone, he insists on sending Bruce Page with her for safety as she returns to Lordston. Steve Cziller is able to go on and make good progress until the diesel engine powering the plow breaks. They contact Diane, who tries to take the required part up to them, with Bruce Page, but her little engine derails at the point where she'd helped pull the train out of the snow.
