The Kremmling Branch was originally part of the D&O Railroad but was sold to the C&SL Railroad during the events of Snowplow Extra for $10,000SX13. Bud Ellsberg is able to use some of the temporarily unemployed men from the Jerusalem Paper plant to start rebuilding the line, as it had been embargoed for years, and the D&O Railroad had been waiting until they could abandon it entirely. The men were then able to go back to the new plant that was built after the old one had burnt downSX24. The Line runs from Kremmling to Walsenberg, where it joins the C&SL line to Warsaw. As the D&O bridge in Camden had broken, the Kremmling Branch meant that the C&SL still had a link to the rest of the railroad network.
