Harry Bailey was the advertising manager at the Spearfish Lake Record-Herald. He left during the financal uncertainties in 1979/1980 between the death of Homer Sanderson and the employee buyout arranged by George Webb (Editor) and Dean Hoffman (Print Manager). He was succeeded as ad manager by Kirsten Langenderfer.
It is never stated if he has any relationship with Don Bailey, an employee of Clark Construction or with Jason Bailey a High School student that gets suspended for pulling a knife at school in 1997.
