Summary
As the trip starts (William) Barber talks about his need to use his cell phone.
The conversation switches to the Fletcher family. Nanci learns that Bethany is home schooled and doesn't have any friends. The customers learn that Nanci was not brought up a Christian and it is clear they don't approve of her lifestyle.
Nanci thinks this is going to be a long trip.
