Summary
Crystal greets the customers when the coach arrives, runs through the initial orientation and assigns individuals to rafts where the individuall boatmen continue orientation.
William and Loretta Barber and the Fletcher family (Malcolm and Cassie with their daughter Bethany) are assigned to Nanci's raft.
The anticipated problems start when William takes exception to "a woman, and a young one at that" being in charge of a raft, and Cassie argues about the need for sunscreen.
