Summary
Diamond Creek had a flash flood a couple of days before and there was 'a whole pot load of rafts waiting'. The plan for GCR motor rigs to tow Canyon Tours to South Cove for take out was used for the first time and a few suggestions to be better prepared were made.
Before getting to work on the gear Jeff Pleva asked Preach if he would speak at the Flagstaff John Wesley Fellowship on Sunday. Preach agreed with reservations and a clear determination that this wasn't the first step in becoming their regular pastor.
