Summary

Mel and Arlene discussed what they could do to make the Speedway work, and put their ideas with costs on paper.

Mel asked around and got some interest in racing in Bradford again.

They arranged to visit Frank and Vivian Blixter to ask for a loan. Frank paid for five years of bilboard advertising on the track fence, as well as critiquing their ideas and plans.
