Summary
At the monthly meeting for the Toivo expedition, Gil passes around some aerial photos that were sent to him anonymously. The photos give much more detail of the area where Henry disappeared.
They discuss how Henry could have used the stars to navigate back to his base when he became separated from his unit, but they realize that he could be in a large area, and they would need local information to have any chance of finding out whatever happened to him.
This event is also told in Chapter 80 of Busted Axle Road, 2007 Version.
